• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial
properties.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems and materials required.
• Identify and resolve plumbing issues with efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct regular maintenance of plumbing systems to ensure functionality and compliance with national and local codes.
• Collaborate with the construction and design teams to ensure plumbing aspects of projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Advise clients on plumbing maintenance practices and systems upgrades as needed.
• Proven experience as a plumber in both residential and commercial settings.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Familiarity with plumbing codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A valid plumbing license.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification from a trade school or apprenticeship program is highly desirable.
